At Vantage Group, we provide transparent, compliant, and efficient BESC/ECTN issuance. Our pricing is composed of the official tariff set by the Cameroon National Shippers' Council (CNCC), plus a single, clear administration fee.
The BESC is required for each Bill of Lading (B/L) and is settled according to the current tariff below. This is a pass-through cost paid directly to the CNCC on your behalf.

Clarification on Container Fee: The €55 fee is a threshold and applies to any B/L containing between 1 and 10 TEUs. For B/Ls exceeding 10 TEUs, the fee is applied per batch of 10 TEUs.
